A “show within a show” celebrating Ubisoft IP


OVERVIEW

A “show within a show”, the Ubisoft Experience was a 2-day event with the aim of rewarding the highly engaged Ubisoft audience in the UK. The Player1 Events team worked closely with Ubisoft to deliver this first-of-its-kind event.

Featuring a mix of experiential and hands on content, the The Ubisoft Experience was a varied and diverse event celebrating the wide range of Ubisoft titles, from Street Racer to Watch Dogs: Legion.


EXECUTION

We created a Roller Champions Roller Disco, Assassin’s Creed freerunning, Just Dance Stage, Splinter Cell themed escape room and retro set ups, all running alongside Rainbow Six Siege esport show matches and Developer panel talks from voice actors and game designers. The show gave Ubisoft a chance to present their titles in a new, exciting way with all proceeds from ticket sales donated to charity partner Special Effect.
